Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of QA Inspector and related services provided by Kluso Labs LLC ("Kluso Labs," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using QA Inspector, you agree to these Terms. If you are using QA Inspector on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on that organization's behalf.

1. QA Inspector

QA Inspector is software designed to help users understand, analyze, organize, and act on information related to software-development work across supported tools and systems.

Features, integrations, availability, access levels, and product behavior may change as QA Inspector develops.

2. Accounts and Access

Some QA Inspector functionality may require an account, authentication, authorization, a connected third-party service, or a particular access level.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of credentials used to access QA Inspector and for activity performed through your account.

3. Connected Systems

QA Inspector may interact with third-party systems such as Jira, Confluence, Slack, identity providers, payment providers, and other supported services.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the authorization and permissions necessary to connect, access, process, or deliver information involving those systems.

Third-party products and services are governed by their own terms, policies, permissions, availability, and technical behavior. Kluso Labs is not responsible for third-party services that are outside our control.

4. User Content and Workspace Information

You retain ownership of information, content, files, screenshots, documentation, messages, and other material that you or your organization provide or make available to QA Inspector.

You grant Kluso Labs the limited rights reasonably necessary to process that information for the purpose of operating QA Inspector and providing requested functionality.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of QA Inspector and the information you provide to it comply with applicable law, contractual obligations, confidentiality requirements, and the policies of connected systems.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use QA Inspector to:

• Violate applicable law or the rights of another person or organization.
• Access information or systems without authorization.
• Introduce malware, malicious code, or intentionally harmful content.
• Interfere with or disrupt QA Inspector or connected infrastructure.
• Attempt to bypass product access controls or security mechanisms.
• Use the service in a way intended to harm Kluso Labs, other users, or third parties.

6. Automated and AI-Assisted Results

QA Inspector may use automated or AI-assisted methods to analyze, compare, summarize, classify, organize, or generate information.

Those results may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. You remain responsible for reviewing important information and exercising appropriate professional judgment before relying on QA Inspector output or taking consequential action.

7. User-Initiated Actions

QA Inspector may help identify actions, destinations, or resolution opportunities. Where QA Inspector allows a user to send, modify, attach, publish, or otherwise deliver information to another system, the user is responsible for reviewing and authorizing the action.

8. Paid Features

Some QA Inspector functionality may require paid access. Pricing, access levels, included functionality, billing periods, and purchase terms will be presented before a paid transaction is completed.

Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider. Additional payment-provider terms may apply.

9. Intellectual Property

QA Inspector, the Kluso Labs website, product software, designs, trademarks, logos, documentation, and other Kluso Labs materials are owned by Kluso Labs LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except for rights expressly granted through these Terms, no ownership rights in Kluso Labs intellectual property are transferred to you.

10. Feedback

If you voluntarily provide ideas, suggestions, or feedback about QA Inspector, you agree that Kluso Labs may use that feedback to improve or develop its products without restriction or compensation, provided that doing so does not transfer ownership of your underlying confidential information or workspace content.

11. Availability and Changes

We may modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features as QA Inspector develops. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of every feature, integration, or third-party connection.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QA Inspector and related services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

Kluso Labs does not warrant that QA Inspector will always be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, secure, or suitable for every particular purpose.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kluso Labs LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to QA Inspector.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kluso Labs' aggregate liability arising from or relating to the service will not exceed the amount paid by you to Kluso Labs for QA Inspector during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or $100 if you have not paid Kluso Labs for the service.

14. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using QA Inspector at any time. Kluso Labs may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users or systems, address misuse, comply with law, enforce these Terms, or discontinue a service.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as QA Inspector, our business, or applicable requirements change. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Additional notice will be provided when required by applicable law.
